Common questions.
- What is COMMON?
- Join us on the padel court. Easygoing social mini-tournaments where you mix and match. Come alone, leave together. Post-padel drink included.
- How does Open Social Padel work?
- Come alone or with friends. Play short rounds with a new partner each time. Win and move up, lose and move down a court, then stay for a drink afterwards.
- How long is each event?
- 1.5 hours of play.
- What does it cost?
- €20 per person. Fresh balls, a cold drink, and a racket if you need one are all included.
- What levels are available?
- Our current events are open to all levels. We order and balance players by level on the day. As the community grows, we will also add dedicated Beginner+ and Intermediate+ sessions.
- I've never played before — can I still come?
- Absolutely. Complete beginners are welcome at Beginner+ events. It's actually a great way to get a feel for your level as you go.
- Do I need to bring a partner?
- No. Partners rotate every game, so you can show up solo.
- Where do events take place?
- Rio Arena Padel — C. de la Verdad, 20, Carabanchel, Madrid 28019.
- How do I book?
- On Matchable. Secure, quick payment and easy access to other sporty events in Madrid, including padel classes, yoga, and Pilates studios.
- What if an event is full?
- Sign up for the waitlist and we'll reach out if a spot opens up.
- What's the cancellation policy?
- Let us know as soon as possible — ideally at least 48 hours before — and we'll either refund you or move you to another event.
- Where can I follow along or ask questions?
